- Collections are to the right of our building, as you look at it and up the metal ramp in between the freezers.
- For collection you can park near the collection point but please allow room for cars and vans to drive in and our of our car park.
- If you need help just ask.
- If no one is at the collection point please go to the shop.
- Same day collections should be ordered before 10am on the day you wish to collect.
- You should state the day and time you would like to collect the order in the comments box when placing your order.
- If you cannot collect your order please get in touch and let us know as soon as possible.
- We cannot store any uncollected orders and they will be refunded and you will need to re-order.
- As with all orders, please mention in comments if you do not want substitutions.
- You must check your order at the time of collection of your order.
- If the order is incorrect of missing items please report this to the freezer packing team at the time of collection.
- Otherwise we are not liable for any missing/incorrect items on your order after leaving the site
